How much are services per hour?
Charging per hour is not the way to go when you have an entire marketing team on the job. Hourly wages make sense for a freelance graphic designer who is flying solo, but if you want an entire team of creatives working on your project, trust us, you don’t want to be paying by the hour. At the beginning of the project, we will meet with you to talk about your budget and how we can help. Chances are, if you are trying to stick to one number, we can adjust our plan to meet your needs.
What are your payment terms?
For projects where the quote is under $500, we require an initial payment representing fifty percent of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. The remainder of the balance is payable upon completion of the job. For projects where the quote is over $500, we require an initial payment of one-third of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. As the project progresses we will require payment for the second one-third at the halfway point. The remaining one-third of the balance is payable upon completion of the job.

Who owns the copyright for the designs you produce?
Copyright for all work carried out by Oylix transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
